  • How do I find out if I qualify?

    We're so glad you're interested! And great news, most people qualify for our services. Our qualifying standards aren't extensive, but they're much easier explained in person or over the phone. Stop by, or give us a call so we can help.

  • What documents do I need to get started?

    The necessary intake documents vary based on several factors, but your state I.D. social security card and birth certificate are all a great start if you have them. If not, no worries - just reach out and we have friendly staff in place willing to help you obtain all necessary documentation.

  • What does it cost?

    A visit is all you'll have to pay us in order to get started. We offer our services to the disabled community at no charge. But if you feel inclined, we would be honored to accept your donation.

  • How do I know which program is right for me?
